The Council

The Council is an organization exclusively composed of Kayrids, forming the governing body of Lore. It encompasses knights, nobles, soldiers, and various government officials. At its apex are the Councilors, whose positions fluctuate based on voting and public support. The Council is responsible for making critical decisions on matters such as war, infrastructure, and policy for Vohrem.

While members of royal bloodlines serve as figureheads, giving the illusion of control, it is the Council that wields true power and manages the workings of governance behind the scenes.
